Visual & Media Designer

We are looking for a creative Visual & Media Designer with a strong sensitivity to design.The person we are looking for will have to create innovative and engaging visual content for the product and the brand, with the ability to translate ideas and concepts received - in the form of briefs and reporting to the Creative Direction - into coherent and impactful visual experiences. He/she will be involved in communication projects, reporting for these to our Image & Communication team. The ideal profile for us has solid experience in brand identity, set design styling, media editing, and digital tools.

BRAND IDENTITY

• Define and maintain the Studio’s visual standards, verifying their quality, to ensure consistency in all visual projects, through the related materials and communication channels
• Create and develop visual proposals for projects and communication campaigns (including website and social media)
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in communication, design and technology, applying them to improve the quality and innovation of work

SET DESIGN & STYLING

• Design visual concepts (sketches, collages, moodboards, settings) through set design, selection and styling of designer furniture and decorative elements, taking care of every detail that contributes to the desired atmosphere and in line with the project brief
• Collaborate and provide brand identity guidelines to any external creatives (renderers, photographers, video makers) to ensure aesthetic and stylistic consistency, creating storyboards where necessary
• Logistically plan and coordinate the arrangement of objects and furnishings before and during filming/photo shooting and/or the event, ensuring everything is set up in line with the expected design, within the time and standards required by the project

CONTENT PRODUCTION

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce projects and multimedia content to ensure that visual solutions are aligned with brand objectives and communication strategies

• Passion for design
• Advanced skills in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Skills in using software for rendering and set design (Rhino, Keyshot)
• Skills in using photography software (Lightroom)
• Excellent ability to translate Creative Direction concepts into visual trends
• Creativity, attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a team, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Portfolio of work demonstrating experience and expertise in the field of visual and multimedia design

• BA or MA degree in in Product Design / Visual Arts / Architecture or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Visual Designer / Visual Art Direction or similar role in the design / luxury / fashion sector
